Of all the things that can boost inner work life, the most important is making progress in meaningful work.

This goes through the small wins.

Getting a job is great, but as a main objective this is depressing: you can spend months without reaching it!

Instead, aim for small goals:
– The next networking event to attend to
– The next coffee with a peer
– The next interview

And celebrate each small win!
